For over a century, downtown Dallas’ The Adolphus Hotel has catered to the sophisticated set with gourmet dining, warm service and elegant ballrooms. But it has never had a spa—until now. Added last fall as part of a top-to-toe renovation, the Spa Adolphus is 5,000 square feet of pure pampering, thanks to an upscale, residential-style design and amenities like product-stocked individual changing suites, extra-wide treatment tables, a cabana-ringed pool, luxe nail salon and plush indoor/outdoor lounges.
Treatments go beyond the basics, too, with therapists adding their own touches—some extra facial massage here, useful take-home tips there—to make each session personalized and special. At the Red Flower Perfume Bar with a Wellness Twist, created exclusively for the spa by NYC-based Red Flower, guests enjoy a guided “sniffing” of healing essential oil blends, then choose their favorite for use in The Signature massage; a travel-sized vial of the selected oil is theirs to take home to help continue the journey.
