Tania has passionately practiced yoga for over 10 years. She provides thoughtful yoga classes and private sessions that are a mix of playfulness and meditation infused with movement. She is an expert in motivating and challenging her students to move beyond their self imposed boundaries, to feel great about themselves.
She teaches Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa flow, Power Yoga and Yin Yoga (Restorative Yoga). Her practice is an intuitive yoga style emerging directly from her feelings but focused on her student ́s abilities, helping them with a humble guide to let go and surrender.
