The cancellation of St. Paddy’s Day parades around the country doesn’t mean the old fellow shouldn’t be feted. And in these distressing times, a toast to the patron saint of Ireland can only bring good things.
That’s why we are sharing these delicious green cocktail recipes from Humboldt Distillery, a northern California distiller known for its organic and hemp-infused vodka. The company also partners with California Coastkeeper to support efforts to preserve the California coastline.

- 1.75 oz Humboldt’s Finest Hemp-Infused Vodka
- .25 oz Green Chartreuse
- .75 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 of a small yellow bell pepper
- Fresh oregano (3 leaves plus 1 stem for garnish)
Add 1 heaping tbsp of chopped pepper to shaker and muddle well. Add 3 slightly smashed (use fingers, to release oils) oregano leaves, Humboldt’s Finest, Green Chartreuse, lime and simple syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously, strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with oregano sprig and cut pepper wedge.
Honey Dew You Love Me
- 1.75 oz Humboldt Distillery Organic Vodka
- .5 oz Fresh mint syrup
- .5 Italicus Liqueur
- 1 oz Honeydew juice
- 1 oz Lime
- Mint sprig for garnish
Shake with crushed ice, pour over crushed ice. Garnish with mint.
