Fresh fruit of choice:

  • Peaches
  • Apples
  • Pears
  • Necterines

  • 1 Tablespoon of grass fed butter

The directions for this appetizer could not be simpler.

1. Cut fruit into small equal chunks, around 1-inch.

2. Take your cut fruit and thread it onto a skewer. You can get creative and alternate your fruit or even keep it all the same per skewer.

4. Place the skewers onto the grill and top with the honey glaze.

5. Cook for 5 minutes then flip your skewer and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

6. Continue to add the honey glaze while you are cooking the skewers.

7. You can serve as kabobs, over some homemade ice cream, or with fruit dip.
