Jyoti Gautam is a well versed, qualified Yoga & Pranayama teacher with more than 12 years of teaching experience in all types of Yogic modalities. She aims to bring a unique sense of empowerment during each of her classes, through use of Intentions, basic to advanced asanas, Pranayama, internal body organ cleansing exercises (Shudhi Kriyas), meditation and all the Bandhas (energy locks). She deals with body issues ranging from chronic pains to other ailments such as cervical, postural and stiffness issues, arthritis, sleep disorders, fluid retention and many different kinds of body ailments. Jyoti was blessed to be personally trained in Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama by renowned Yoga Guru, O.P. Tiwari from Kaivalyadhama, India.
