Emlyn Brown, Accor

Current: Emlyn is responsible for the integration of well-being throughout the customer journeys of Accor’s Luxury & Premium Brands. Through the implementation of holistic spa and wellness standards, Emlyn’s core focus is to enhance the company’s global luxury wellness offerings Areas of Expertise: Wellness and spa; health and fitness; wellness design, architecture and development; destination spas; emotional well-being throughout guest experience; transformative travel; corporate strategy; luxury operations  Experience: Emlyn brings over 20 years of international experience to his role. He joined Accor from Resense Spas S.A, where he held the position of Global Design Director, in which he managed the corporate strategies and well-being concepts along with design services. During his time at Resense Spas S.A he also held the position of Managing Director of Asia, accountable for the management and growth of the portfolio in China and South East Asia. Prior to that, Emlyn was the Director at GOGO Hospitality, where he oversaw wellness consulting and has held senior positions at Six Senses Resorts where he was the Regional Director for Europe and later the Operations Director for Asia. He is a British national who is fluent in German, Emlyn studied at The University of Salford in Leisure & Sport Management and holds an International Baccalaureate from Munich International School.
