Betsy Andrews is a James Beard- and IACP-nominated journalist. She is contributing editor at Food & Wine and Eating Well magazines. She writes about food, drink, travel, health, and the environment for The Wall Street Journal, Eater, Heated, Clean Plates, VinePair, SevenFifty Daily, Travel & Leisure, and many more publications. She is the former executive editor of Saveur magazine and a former dining critic for the New York Times. She is also an award-winning poet. Her books include New Jersey and The Bottom. Betsy is co-curator of the website Global Poemic, publishing poetry and artwork that witnesses to the times of COVID-19.
