Adam Glickman, Parallax Wellness & Hospitality

Adam Glickman is the principal of Parallax Wellness + Hospitality, a trusted partner who grows wellness brands and brings memorable hospitality brand concepts to life. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, he has a passion for creating premium, distinctive, and wellness-forward brand concepts and for helping lifestyle wellness companies develop sound growth strategies, create business processes, execute on standards, and form partnerships. Adam’s experience includes leadership roles with some of the world’s most recognizable hospitality brands, including InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott, HVS International, and Hilton Worldwide at the iconic and original Waldorf Astoria in Manhattan. During his time at IHG, Adam championed the brand creation of, and led the launch team for, EVEN Hotels – an award-winning wellness lifestyle brand that earned a top spot on TripAdvisor’s Best Hotels ranking. In 2016, Adam founded Parallax Wellness + Hospitality to share his expertise and insight on brand creation and growth, new-company business and marketing strategy, developing strategic partnerships, and operational leadership. Adam earned a BS in Hospitality Management from the Cornell Hotel School and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Adam is a founding-year member of the Wellness Tourism Association, a member of the International Spa Association and Boutique Luxury Lifestyle Association, as well as the Vice-Chair of the Global Wellness Institute’s Wellness Tourism Initiative. Adam is a regular speaker at industry conferences and panels, and he is a contributor to various publications, including an ongoing series in Hotel News Now focused on innovation and growth in the wellness sector.
