Their approach to wellness is integrated and personalized, focusing on optimizing sleep, mindful nourishment, movement, and self-discovery. Bespoke programs include Ayurveda, detoxification, sleep enhancement and yogic retreats. Each is led by in-house experts and formulated for each guest upon their arrival, informed by a 1:1 Wellness Screening, which provides comprehensive biomarker evaluations for tailored health improvements.
Drawing from the resort’s location, natural healing therapies are derived from age-old local traditions of Vietnamese Medicine and Northern Herbology, including Dien Chan facial reflexology and acupressure stimulation to energize and revitalize. Their open-air pavilions offer morning meditation classes, restorative yoga, and sound healing. Treatments programs are complemented by “Eat with Six Senses,” where local, organic, and seasonal foods are curated to the needs of each individual, and “Sleep with Six Senses,” a ground-breaking program conceived by Six Senses in collaboration with renowned clinical psychologist and Sleep Doctor, Michael Breus.
A leader in sustainability, Six Senses demonstrates that a beautiful hideaway can live in harmony with local communities, taking their guests beyond their destination and into a purposeful travel experience.
