Four Fun & Healthy Smoothie Bowls

by Sasha Chinchar

Breakfast is not only one our favorite times of the day, it’s also the most important meal. Starting with a nutritious breakfast will jump-start your morning. For some, a nice warm savory breakfast hits the spot, while others like something fast, filling and refreshing. If you’re in the latter category, do yourself a favor and try a breakfast smoothie bowl, stat!

Just like a regular smoothie, you can put just about anything in a smoothie bowl. But what makes smoothie bowls really stand out are the toppings. Here are some delicious recipes we found from top wellness and food bloggers.
