Standing Side Stretch (Crescent Moon)
Do this for 30 seconds each side
Chair Pose
Do this for 60 seconds
Plank
Start with a regular plank for 30 seconds, then go down to a low plank (elbows at shoulder level, forearms perpendicular to the ground) for another 30 seconds.
Runner’s Lunge
Do this for 60 seconds each side
Downward Dog
Do this for 60 seconds
Repeat this whole set four times.
