High adventure plus a unique epicurean experience await guests who tack up for the Vail to Aspen Celebrity Chef Trip. Sponsored by Bearcat Stables, this 4-day camp-out stars former Top Chef finalist Kelly Liken and 10 guests who trot the trails to forage for local ingredients. Kelly will represent the essence of the Rockies with dishes such as Grilled Sweet Corn and Vanilla Scented Colorado Carrot Soup. “Guests will not only be able to enjoy a fun ride every day but also touch, taste, and smell distinctive flavors from the area,” says Chef Liken.
