Zayna Gold’s Boston Body Barre
$19.95; 60 minutes
Owner of five Boston-based Pilates studios, talented instructor Zayna Gold prescribes at least three toning barre workouts per week, and the mostly standing ballet barre workout feels somewhat familiar but efficient, too. While the production value is not top-notch, time flies by with Gold’s dynamic instructions. You’ll need a small sculpting ball and a bunch of commitment.

Power Pink Workouts
$19.99; 80 minutes
Combining high- to low-impact aerobics, basic strength-training, mat Pilates and balance training (think one-legged moves and some jumping) this solid group fitness instructor, Patricia Friberg, leads several shorter high-energy workouts. The special bonus body-sculpting section is for all survivors of breast cancer, and Friberg donates 100% of net profits to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Friberg specializes in training pregnant and  cancer survivors. You’ll need light weights and a weighted ball.
