Customized Personal Training Program Includes:

Meeting 1

Initial Zoom Meeting & Health Assessment

Develop personal goals for where you want to be in four weeks

Discuss any additional health/fitness assessments

Meetings 2-6

Two Meetings per week – One Progression Meeting & One Check In Meeting

Develop key strategies to challenge yourself but stay within your grasp

Discuss areas you’re struggling with and how to overcome them

Discuss next steps for your personal progression, and whether it’s time to move forward

Meeting 7

Begin your full progression

Attempt to act at your full capacity by using the tools that have been given to you

Meeting 8

Final check in - One week after full progression enacted

How did you feel starting to work on your own?

What do you need to focus on?

How can you keep this up?

What strategies can you continue to do on your own?

Winner will be chosen on July 10th
