Where: Loma de Vida La Cantera Resort & Spa, A Destination Hotel, San Antonio, Texas

Spa Stats: 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, 15 treatment rooms, a grotto with a private saline pool and a juice bar with handcrafted cold-pressed juices and mood-enhancing Lotus Wei elixirs.

What: Silence Biorhythm; 2 hours; $350.

Key Benefits: Combats jet lag, harmonizes the body’s natural biorhythms and renews the biomagnetic field.

What To Expect: An ionizing energy foot scrub, mud wrap and a Kundalini back massage to balance tension and negativity and help restore the nervous system.

Where: The Spa at Bacara, Bacara Resort & Spa, Goleta, California

Spa Stats: A modern, 42,000-square foot Mediterranean-style space appointed with a redwood sauna, eucalyptus steam room, fireside and a rooftop terrace.

What: Diamond Rose Experience by Natura Bissé; 80/50 minutes: $295/$195.

What To Expect: The sensory experience begins with a nourishing and buffing exfoliation followed by an invigorating massage with Damask rose oil to help soothe and alleviate anxiety.

Where: Remede Spa, The St. Regis Aspen Resort, Aspen, Colorado

What: Mala Experience; $400, not including necklace.

Mind Meets Body: A specially designed experience for mind, body and soul in partnership with Alexa Webster, a progressive Yogini, spiritual guide and founder of Colorado-based Seeds of Remembrance.

What To Expect: A one-on-one, intention-setting consultation with Webster, including a detailed instruction on breathing and development, a custom-designed mala bead necklace with handmade silk tassels based on intentions and personalized mantra, and Qigong meditation and river-blessing ceremony. 

Where: The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole, Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Spa Stats: An 11,685-square-foot, lodge-like spa with 16 treatment rooms and two private spa suites with fireplaces and deep soaking tubs.

What: GeoThermal Mud & Aloe Treatment; $260, 80 minutes.

What to Expect: The relaxing journey begins with dry brushing to promote the elimination of toxins, followed by a mud wrap packed with nutrients and minerals and removed by a pine cleanser to help exfoliate and increase blood flow for a polished, golden glow. The final step includes an application of a therapeutic lotion to calm and rejuvenate.

Where: The Spa & Salon at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota, Sarasota Florida

Spa Stats: The tranquil spa with an Old World-meets-seaside-vibe offers a newly launched Jetset to Health series, a workshop designed to help guests with healthy behaviors during travel, guided meditation upon request and full moon yoga on the beach.

What: Sea Foam Thermal Detox; 45 minutes.

Key Benefits: Detoxification, promotes oxygen to muscles and rejuvenation.

What to Expect: Intensive detoxifying therapy utilizing a percussion method inspired by ancient drumming.

Where: The Beach House Spa at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, Cape Cod, Massachusetts

What: Deluxe HydraFacial; $225, 50 minutes.

What To Expect: Thorough detoxification, deep cleansing, extraction and hydration replete with healing LED light therapy.

Where: Hawanawana Spa at Four Seasons Resort, Lanai, Hawaii

Spa Stats: Designed by TAL Studio (who also designed the Hotel Jerome, Aspen and The Spa at Bahamar), the sparkling, new spa is fashioned in coastal-inspired hues and features eight treatment rooms.

What: Algae Ti Leaf Body Wrap; $225, 60 minutes.

What to Expect: Wild algae, aloe vera, green tea gel and an application of fresh ti leaves (used in Hawaiian traditions to ward off evil spirits).

Where: Spa Anjali, The Westin Riverfront Resort, Beaver Creek, Colorado

What: Spa Anjali Luxury Facial; $190 for 75 minutes.

Key Benefits: Ocean-based retinols, fruit-derived glycolics, and anti-aging peptides, neuropeptides and phyto-stem cells derived from the Globularia Cordifolia Callus plant (a special blend from Sciote Skincare) to help soften crow’s feet, laugh lines and other creases.
