Aspen’s Spa Treatment and Tasting Menu Experience

The St. Regis Aspen invites guests to awaken their senses with Remède Spa’s inspiring new Farm-to-Massage-Table summer menu, beginning July 30. The spa’s one-of-a-kind, signature treatment takes the spa experience to new heights, offering a harmonious pairing of spa treatments with the flavors of a hand-crafted menu of seasonal bites. The summer menu features sun-kissed fruits and fresh bites incorporated into two farm-to-table-inspired pairings, during which the pre-selected scents are echoed and complemented throughout.

Spa Director Julie Oliff and Executive Chef David Viviano collaborated to create the five-course pairing menu, using the best seasonal ingredients from local growers to highlight refreshing summer flavors in custom savory and sweet bites.

Rejuvenate in the Oxygen Bar before service and enjoy a fresh-pressed juice and one of these imaginative pairings:

Try a Savory Salt Glow Scrub paired with a custom creation from The St. Regis Aspen’s culinary team. (Remède’s salt is locally harvested from the Great Salt Lake.)
–          Lemon Black Pepper foot scrub is paired with a Green Tea Poached Chicken Lettuce Wrap topped with lemon black pepper
–          Watermelon-Spearmint scrub is paired with Watermelon Mint Agua Fresca
–          Cucumber-Mint treatments are paired with Chilled Cucumber Soup with jumbo lump crab and mint yogurt

A true spa attack of the senses.

During the inventive “intermezzo,” you’ll be served a warm Eucalyptus compress  Remède Customized Massage. If you think that sounds amazing, and I certainly do, imagine the goodies the Spa has in store especially for you during the dessert course? Just imagine.

I’m ravenous just thinking about that massage…
