Another great benefit: It’s an aphrodisiac!” she continues. “Coconut water is wonderful for restoring electrolytes in the body, and rose tea is good for the heart and body to cool, cleanse and balance emotions. It’s also great for our skin.”

Sweet Mama’s Liquid Love Raw Vegan Milkshake
1 cup organic (soaked overnight and drained) macadamia nuts or cashews
6 pitted organic medjool dates
1 whole Thai young coconut–flesh and water
2 cups of rose water (steep organic rose buds or petals in water overnight)
1/2 organic vanilla bean
2 tbs of organic grade B maple syrup
1 tsp organic coconut oil
2 tbs of organic maca powder
4 tbs raw organic cacao powder
1 tsp of Himalayan sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 drops of food grade cassia essential oil
3 drops of food grade ylang ylang essential oil
Serve hot or ice cold (add 2 cups of ice).
Add all ingredients to blender and mix.
Top with raw organic cacao nibs or organic hulled hemp seeds.
Most important ingredient is LOVE. Be generous!
