Stephanie Davies is a freelance writer based in New York who returns regularly to Hacienda Chichen as a volunteer English teacher in one of the many educational programs offered by Belisa to her employees. Stephanie is also in the early stages of creating a permaculture center/ecovillage in the Yucatan to promote a gentle and sustainable way of living on our earth.
