I’ve recently had the pleasure of taking a Hot Power Fusion class.  Hot Power Fusion marries two types of yoga: Hot Yoga and Vinyasa. This class incorporates the 26 postures of hot yoga with added Vinyasa flare. Hot Power Fusion encompasses the meditative and detoxifying qualities of Hot Yoga with the intensity of Power Yoga. This class is practiced in a heated room usually between 95-105 degrees and focuses on opening the shoulders, hips and spine as well as strengthening the core and upper body. The class is set to music it is both energizing and fun and appeals to anyone who appreciates a healthy sweat.
